No, it was Nicks' old boat (first EXL I think) but belonged to someone else, and was being borrowed by another person (Ian Sanderson) when he stuffed it. It had been involved in a nasty stuff at Ramsgate a while earlier, and I heard that it had hit the sand bottom during that stuff (shallow water). It was taken to Phantoms for repair, but they refused, saying the structures were 'finished' and a satisfactory repair wasn't possible within the value of the boat, they decided to repair it themselves.......QED

Thought that I recognised the hull.
Seen it at Nicks a few years back (totally wreaked).
Is the boat the Nick won OCR several times consecutive in?

I think was an 18 he had most of the success in, but could well be wrong about that. The person who would know all this stuff is 'Old Beardy' (Ian Stirling)

It's a good compilation, except you squashed my 16/9 video to 4/3, so my 28 looks like a dumpy 21! ....and I look thinner!!
