Great pictures and memories! Thanks for posting.
It was really flat that day and I drove in F3 in the Main Race and Ladies in the Support.
I remember the second half of the Main Race was a little lively as a solenoid packed up meaning I had no trim down!

Ski Race Pics.
Nice to see my Stapley Tarantula 111 again. She is now restored and is shown at vintage boat shows both at home and in Europe. The present owner asked me drive it at the Cardiff bay show. The Marshan 101 was owned by my daughters father in law Brian Newland, after several owners it came back in to our hands and I used it for 3 or 4 years on the National Skirace circuit. Several owners later I understand it is to be the "plug" for the new Martian 21.

Hi ,does anybody know if either of the Ring 21's in the photo were Steven Moores tow boat at the time around 1988, and I'm pretty sure that the Fletcher 21 was Darren Kirklands , thanks.

yes that's streets ahead '70 behind the ring twin rig, formerly "take no notice" #71 in the first years of racing ,later changed the sponsor to Fullfords "streets ahead" estate agents.
one more pic of National Ski Race at Weymouth in Dorsetand and the Vid Rouen 2 Oct.1988 what Wilpower has loaded up for me
