situation normal this end . . . so f**k knows! Robert is sorting out his other boat and garage is not done. So will get on with boat as best i can over weekend and see how I get on!
But on the brighter side . . . training going very well!

YEP SOUNDS LIKE EVERY YEAR FOR YOU THEN!
I HAVE A NUMBER OF OPTIONS!
THE SIMULATOR IS WORKING NOW.
JUST GOT TO FINISH PROGRAMING IT.
IT IS THE BUSINESS.......HAD MY FIRST GO ON IT LAST NIGHT AFTER SOLVING A NUMBER OF SPEED RELATED ISSUES.
WILL POST PICS ONCE PATENT PAPER WORK IS RETURNED.

Would that be 'too fast' speed related issue's or 'too slow' speed related issue's?

Too slow unfortunately.
If it had been too fast then to resolve it would have been easy.
But as it is to slow it points towards a number of thing that could need changing.
For now I will just be changing a few of the valves as I think that they are causing a restriction in flow.
I know the pressure is there as I am monitoring the input and output pressure.
The pressure control of the rope pull (boat) and the ski platform works really well.

I guess you're talking about a waterski simulator.
So; you'll have something to 'jerk' the rope, a platform to stand on that shakes you about, a hose spray system to keep you cold & wet but what I want to know is what the machine that tears up the £20 notes looks like. 
(Just had a brainwave: You don't need a note tearer; just send the 'missus' shopping each time you practice!)

Simulator
Yes it is a ski race simulator that I have built.
And it does have a rope pull system that you can vary load of at the handles, this pull is also interupted by a PLC signal to give the rope slack as if the boat is leaving the water, the rope pull system can also pull side to side to simulate the boat cornering.
There is also a platform that you stand on that moves up and down (this is the bit that is too slow at present) and is also controlled by a PLC I have only a short programm written at present will need to be around 50-55mins.
There are also plans of a load cell to determine the skiier's weight prior to starting so the PLC can adjust to the correct pressure at the actuators.
No plans to spray water tho!
When complete this will be alot cheaper than £1-1.50 a minute for training behind the boat, and will be alot warmer this time of year.
So for now I will be throwing my £20 notes at the simulator and not a boat.
Nice cheap sport.
