how quick? although shouldnt be hitting top revs for first 10 hours tut tut!!
and what x height did you go for?
where is the boat lying, are we going to see her at the Poole Burnout this saturday??

The motor already has 20hrs or so on it, and the X height is the same as yours, 1.5". The only difference is the drive, as it's a Bravo 3.

YES! They have been warned not to misbehave, but doesnt seem to make any difference!!
Tony, oh yes it was a demo engine....
thought they were changing bravo3 for bravo 1 ??
interesting to see performance comparison then??
shouldnt be as quick top end??

Ran at about 62 - 63 mph in a fairly moderate chop on sunday , "in the red" is about the same.The big difference was the pull out it was AWESOME.Pulled away from "in the red" with ease.
Chris had a drive and was very impressed with performance , the duo prop on the bravo 3 giving a much straighter ride with the counter rotational props.

glad you got her all finshed/launched...
thats a great top end... we are down a bit as we have been tweaking the prop and its only improved bottom/mid range....
always though the bravo3 would be slower top end due to drag etc....
where are you keeping her? can you make it over to poole harbour for the burnout this wkend??

I'm sorry to say i wont be at the poole burn up this weekend as still a few things on the boat to sort out before i start thrashing her around with you lot , should be a good day though as the forcast is good!!

She gonna live in east Devon where i live , near Lyme Regis so I will be blasting around in Lyme bay with chris.
