A few more pics, loading container tomorrow.

Seemed a shame to cover up the cockpit with gelcoat.

Blended bow and stern, really finishes the boat I think!

In the water next Thursday so!!!!

Honeycomb is Plascore, Polypropylene ... http://www.plascore.com/product-hone...moplasticcores

It very easy to cut with a Stanley knife before laying up, panels will cut with a jigsaw or grinder with Inox/diamond blade after laying up.

Will form well into slight compound curves without kerfing, it's best bagged in place.

Kitten, is the new boat entering the RI?

Few pics of two boats leaving on Friday.

Just enough time to clear some outstanding work and it's back to another 21 SportCat going far away!

I havent spoken to the guys in a little while but the boat was running about 90 mph gps, thats set up for circuit racing and at a very high altitude. 1600m

300XS has a Simon Motorsports increased rev limit & flywheel.

They blew a gearbox shortly after that pic was taken and the last time we spoke they were waiting on a waranty replacement from merc.
