Looking for some race pics, please.
I'm looking for any cool pics of boats racing, mainly V/mono-hulls, that anybody has. It doesn't matter what size or type of boat they are, as long as they are monohulls but not offshore boats.
We are promoting our powerboat club at a boatshow here this weekend and we have lots of pics of tunnels, but not many pics of V-hulls/ runabout which is a new class we are trying to start up, (clubman class).
So if anybody has some good shots of these type boats in action I would realy appreciate if you could post them up or you can email them to me if they are too big, alanp@iol.ie
Some OCR pics, old fletchers and shakespears etc. racing.
Phantoms, fletchers, concordes, ribs??? whatever... Would love pics of multiple boats on a race course with buoys etc.
Any pics from basic or open races.
Thanks so much for any pics, the more the better...
Also, these pics will be desplayed publically so if you post or send them I presume you dont mind, thanks again,
Alan

Cool thanks, they are great pics. Although we had our demo day a week ago, we will be having more club demos at the start of next season and hopefully I will have more time to organise some pics etc.
Also thanks to those that emailed me some great pics, most of them were used on our display, would have used them all but they took about half an hour to print each one on hi-res so I gave up at about 3.30 am on the friday night. Thanks
Techteam, do you race clubman? I have been given the job of promoting and organising the clubman racing in our club. Would love to talk to anyone about there experiances in this class, this is a new class here for next season. Hopefully it will be as successful here as it has been for you guys!
Thanks, Alan
A few pics from our club stand at the used boat show last week...
The stand...
Will and his S-850 boat...
Some of the boats... (note the wind on the flags in background)
Hooking up and drivers in for demo...
Some machinery...
The demo run outside the marina... (not too fast as was still quite windy and a 5 knot speed limit )
Thanks for the pics guys
