Hi , you won't find a serial number as we never put them on if you have a shot of the boat that shows the gel colors we may be able to work out what one it was ? Colin has a extensive portfolio of pictures as boats were finished and at events ?

Hi sorry for the delay, i have spoken to Colin and as soon as he saw the picture he said it looks like the original 'Superstar'. This was one of the first boats they built with carbon deck stiffeners. If you look under the deck you will be able to see if the deck stiffeners are black as compared to the rest of the lay up which is white polyester. If it is this boat? then Terry had one of his most successful races in this boat on the solent and at the time it was owned by a guy called Malcom Reed. The only issue is there were a number of 18's in this colour gel.
Hi Aston, the deck stiffeners are more dark then the white poleyster, but black?. The windscreen is purple, the original outboard was a Mercury 1500 inline six.
The ballasttank is red colour, the fueltank something like black.
The painting 'Blue Sreak' and racenumber 037 like original, the flag was G.B, is now Neterlands. The boat coming to Holland in 1977.
