there is away but do majorly lose the video quality, think scream and fly still have them in their multimedia section

Yup i downloaded them from scream and fly a while back.

Several ways to do it:

Get the latest Real Player it has a built in grabber, install it then look for the download this video button top right on what you are watching.

Download and pay for ! Replay AV8 by Applian Technologies this is a standalone grabber which works well too.

Internet Download Manager also has a built in Grabber for streamed video.

Internet searches will supply links.
