It seems we have a winner!

So my 21 is a badged 20. What is good and bad with the R20s? Where can I reed up on those? Suddenly my 225 Opti seems even more scary on that small boat.. The question of why my "21" appears to be a bit faster than comparable boats has an additional answer.

Keep this up Bänkt and our boats will soon be the same length!
Your 3.0l Opti is fine, I ran a 200xs on my 17' v-pad and it was just about right! I would get a nose cone, solid mounts, a jack plate and a hydraulic steering preferably a SeaStar Pro.

Thats a point i didnt think of that, i was looking at the spray rails, have never seen a 20 with that kind of spray rail design i thought they all went right to the transom. But then again im sure ive seen 21's with the well too.

Makes you wonder why there is no serial number to be seen maybe its been covered up then?

The 21Cs had the sundeck and gill bracket, I don't think any of the other 21 models did

I noticed there is a similar one for sale at the moment with the strange rear step / vent. How does this design perform?
