Those ring 21 E are nice! I've never seen one before! Real nice!

Does mike still build them or who builds them now?

They are a sweet looking boat!
How do they run compared to a 21C ?

What have you for power?

Nobody would pay around ten Gs for a sportsboat so the moulds were sold under licence.

The math.....
10k boat
2.5k trailer
20k motor
2k bits and bobs
Totals £34,500 plus Vat @17.5% = £40,537.

I can just about buy a DB9 for that amount .

( if I wanted to commit financial suicide !!)

Mike

Take the 20 series
SERIES A twin spray rails
SERIES B NOTCHED TRANSOM/ STEPPED HULL
SERIES C NO STEPS / STANDOFF BRACKET
SERIES D NO STEPS BUILT IN STANDOFF

In answer to your query nearly always a fine tune of hull with new mould to suit available power and to build in the performance/handling required.
