Not this year. This year I still cant get a reliable small block. Probably go for a big block now..... Ally heads etc and its only about 3 cm longer than a small block.

Hi guy´s.
There´s a guy here in Sweden that had a 496 in his V-24, think it made close to 80knots, don´t remember exactly. And there´s another guy here who´s planning to change engine for next season, don´t know to what though... we´ll see next summer!

I was told today that the p25 of Charles Burnett left a yellow racemaster 25 for dead in 1992.

Can't remember what else was said but I presume it was in 4 litre racing, but I may be wrong, I usually am.

Perhaps the story teller will elaborate if he see's this thread.

Racemaster 25

Hi!

A friend of mine who is a professional boat driver (Offshore and F2 & F1) as been working on tweaking a Racemaster equipped with twin Merc 2.5 EFI SS engines. I am not sure how the props turns, but the boat its a handful to drive - but they got 96 mph out of it.

I have also seen it on water running wot, and its seem a little "lively".

If you have seen the design i detail, the transom is both narrow and the v hull is relatively steep with few small chines. The Phantom 25 is also narrow, but with a less steep V and wide chines.
