Was quite common in the US to see this done on their race boats back in the day when these lovely inline 6's were the motor to have. Usually on v light boats & a speedmaster lower, unusual to see one with a standard 'fishing' lower on it (albeit a low water pickup one
if a genuine XS - not sure it is) & pipes though.
I doubt you would find anywhere here in the UK where the fun police would allow you to run it now.
