They broke that one, so this could be their new one, own design.

The replacement is a Goetz design. They did a couple of boats for Al Copeland of 'Popeye's fame.

Guess the Tenacara/Peters cat at 203 mph wasn't quite fast enough for Dave Callan.

Pah!!!....I'm not surprised, Peter Penn told me about the fella in the HTM30 that got nicked for speeding accross some harbour or another at 206mph, 203 is for girls!

Well, the decal on Peter's HTM did say "tested at 132mph." which is accurate for that particular boat so long as you finish the equasion. i.e. tested at (132 divided by 2) minus 2

Nope, I reckon he can only go 59mph. My math was off. Should have been minus 7, not minus 2!

I have got the Yanmar HTM up to 59 4 passengers. Correct the blue HTM does 70.
However the boat attached I managed to get 128.8mph on lake Castaic

Agreed, HTMs can go really well but require the power to do it. They don't seem to lift with less than 600hp.

Pour on the power and the speed seems to go up exponentially. From the tests I've read, 600shp in a 24 usually gives about 100mph.
