all the wires on the right side of the bulb are going to the same terminal, it was just because i had run out of the blue connectors and i needed another for the aux fuel gauge because the Livorsi gauge doesnt work with a mercury/quicksilver sender.
we have the livorsi sender now though.
it was a quick fix for the poker run other wise we wouldent of had a fuel gauge, not that it made any difference , we ran outa fuel anyway lol
we used 100 ltrs fuel that day!

3 gph nearly flat out, you're full of crap, my 300 promax did 132 litres in less than an hour.

So what difference does engine age have to do with it ? yours is still a 300 promax that does 30 + gph, so stop talking out your arse

Can everyone calm down!
25 galls of fuel on the Poker run does seem 'very' economical, but as we cancelled the afternoon section, total running time was probably no more than 1.5-2 hours, and due to the conditions, very few smaller boats were going anywhere near WOT.
But, whatever the case may be, there's no need to go all 'hutchy' on us and start calling everyone names, so lets drop it.

They did 2 differnt models of the 300 promax thats what!

u think we could of got from drivers to the fort to the second checkpoint to cowes then back on 110 ltrs of fuel?
we also had about 20 gallons of water in the back of the boat by the time we got to our first checkpoint!
as i said work it out for ya self! dont just sit there saying im full of shit when you the facts are there but u just egnoring them!
