As a piece of history it's fanatastic - as a current design I would say it has a little way to go!

It's a 1959 (only year they built them I believe) Chris Craft Silver Arrow with a Ford 'Thunderbird' 312 CI motor.
Only 92 were built and apparently theres one in the Newport IOW Classic Boat Museum.

Somehow, 'Pink Arrow' doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
Hope they pick really calm days on the Solent with that rather flat bottom.
