Patriot gets her name back

Just a quick update. No new speeds or video, all on hold at the moment. New graphics fitted, I think she's looking good. Video on the water will tell.

No, I've made new bench seats, that fold down into a bed. Have stripped the old ones down to the fibreglass and kept them, in case someone wants to buy them.

Hi Bigboy, Will do, when I get a chance to take pictures. I'm still waiting for the stainless hinges to be made.

Hi All,

Eventually got her out yesterday. Better news but not the best, revs at 5600 to 5700 but GPS at 60.5mph (attached). Trimming right out but don't seem to get any more bow lift, just a bigger rooster, it feels like the prop is too high but I don't know enough to be sure. That speed was into the wind but when I tried it the other way, she started bouncing from side to side, getting worse till I pulled back a bit. Sea wasn't perfect and could only push it that much in the bay. Any ideas.

Peter
