Phantom 23

I havent had the boat for a while now, but here is my little tribute.

Hi ,

Personally i think the 23 was the best looking Phantom , that`s without saying how it went on the rough .

yeah it defo went well in the rough, always landed bolt upright. no matter at what sort of mess you were in when you left the wave.

with out a doubt the best i have ever had, i will be on the lookout for that one or another in the next year or so.

my plan was to always, get decent seats and re do the interior, and i also wanted to hang another 225 off it too lol

The few ones we had all had a 200yami and stayed short of power ,i would say 225 min or over .

i always wondered what it would go like with the insanly fast 2.5 efi we used to have on Rescue Won (p21)

Great hull! I always loved my old baby... In the rough, it has just been an amazing boat. But personally, I think that 225hp are not enough power for this hull. A 2.5 EFI (280hp+), 300 ProMax or a 300 Merc Optimax XS... That would be the right choice to have a lot of fun with a P23.
