Phantom 25 with twin 2.5 EFI on water
Hi!
Some few more pictures.
Searcing for props. Only tested with a pair stock Bravo One 28 pitch props. It lifts the transom a bit, so above 84 mph it loose grip of the water, and bow drops despite rpms. Rpms at 84 mph is not more than 6.300 with 1:1,87 ratio. Propshaft 1,25 inch below and 2 inch setback due to 15 inch midsection.
The boat jumped on to plane with the bravos, and cruise was great at 54 mph at 4.000 rpms.
Testing a pair of stock Mirage Plus 27. Some engine issue (saltwater and bad coil), so back on track on Tuesday.
I am trying to get hold of a pair of chopper 28 props. They should hold the water and bow up making it possible to hit the 90 mph mark.
What do you think?
Cheeeeers, Toffen G
