Phantom Boats 1982

As so many Boatmaders seem to have a Phantom, thought I would post these 2 bad quality pics. Steve Baker is in both shots, the boat is a P16' race deck (the second one out of the mould) pics were taken Feb '82

my memory is sh!t, but i dont recall those houses being there. I assume they are looking back up from the workshops. perhaps it was overgrown or sommink
