No messing here, Split Rim Minilites even,
I take it that 410bhp has a lovely Slipper for laying down the power sideways,
Looks like loads of time and money spent,
WELL DONE LOOKS THE DADDYS.
Is the lump a cossy, maybe on 45s or 48s?
I've forwarded the photos to my mate who's in the RS owners club,

Cheers gaZ

Gaz yes there is a slipper in there to keep things under control with a Quaife semi floating kit with two piece half shafts to handle the power.

It is running a 2.0 cosworth engine with a turbo and lots of mods to make the 410bhp (dyno proven).

Plans are to get it running in it's current spec and see how it feels, there is more power available fromthe engine in it's current state with a turbo change and inlet plenum change.

I am really happy with how it looks.

The wheels were nice and cheap

Thanks for the comments

That looks fantastic.
Takes me back a few years - used to do lots of rallies in Mk1 & 2 Escorts back in the late '80s - never had 410hp though Lucky if we had a third of that.
Look after it, now, won't you.

Gaz I have skied again (last week) just on a slalom ski.
Felt fine, still haven't got full movement tho.

Things are moving along just slowly.

Cheers

What a beauty looks like a labour of love had one of them many moons back to thrash around on night stage rally's, but as has been said before with a 1/4 the hp and it was loads a fun ... don't go bending that beauty now

Chris you will probalby see loads if you look around that look the same as the one in the link, this was a standard color option for the RS2000 from Ford.

What you won't see so many of is one like mine that has the steel bubble arch's and the RS2000 stripe.

Exhaust being fitted next week should be on the road soon!!!!
