Depends what boat you have - for me (and my boats / designs) I would certainly take those conditions as very raceable and build / design / rig for them.

He broke his reinforced saddle again! Twas what i would call rough weather but ian and alex seem to lap it up! Mad men! Roy smith broke both of his wings on his bat boat!
