Pictures of Fletchers

Hello All

I know there is a lot of fine pure race bred boats from the UK.
Phantom and Ring is among them !

But here is som picture of Fletchers wich is a bit larger than the
usual "kiddie class" sized ones..
These boats are older but still good performers.

If anybody have some more - Please post them !

Would that be Mark Rowley with his Fletcher called 'The Last One'? He towed us in a couple of times in Swanage when we were having trouble with our boat, he works fro Jets Marivent, saw him at the boat show last week, he has got a niiice fletcher.

Fletcher 21 Outboard , used to have twin 2.4 EFI's on it, used for ski racing in the 80's towing Darren Kirkland, I put a 2.5 on it, would do 70mph, used it a a playboat for a couple of years.

Looking at the wake from that boat I'd say it was powered by a Ford motor.

I had a 14 with a 50 Merc manual, cracking motor but the boat was a pile of shite. 4 hours use = 1 day of repairs. Lost count of the number of times I tightened the screws in that bloody screen.

I went to SBS trailers yesterday, the builders of the current Fletchers..........Hmmmm
