Engines are last years. they were on the Marex boat, i didnt know Paul but have since become friends. (I dont want to get involved in all the muck slinging). All i will say is: boatmad is great and it shows how passionate and proud people are about there boats.

THAT is very nice indeed. Mike Sloggett should never have stopped making that boat because it's a stunner and with those twins on it should be one hell of a ride. Did you say you were going to do the Blade Runner event because if so it should be interesting to see what speeds you can clock down the Thames.

There allowing us to enter at the last minute as the boat wont be ready untill Wed morning, its going to be a mad testing props and then rushing to London in afternoon. Got all my fingers crossed. The hull on the san marino was then used on the first 27 Ribs so i understand. I also agree with you, i think its a great looking boat but i dont think it sold very well.
i would like to know how many were ever made

Yes, that one's a Mediteranee 25, bandit's is a 27 San Marino

they share the same running surface though, with the san marino having the bustles extending beyond the transom, hence the extra length.

Plus a raised deck by about 6" (in old money) by the look of it.
