Matt that clip of the RNLI flipping over at almost zero mph is an eye opener for me! just goes to show how much respect you have to have for the sea..............it shows no mercy!

Yeah going in a fast headwind & big seas with a "light" & arse heavy RIB isn't going to help either...There was several warnings before the flip too
