Yes. Great in the rough but really slow in the calm - managed a national championship in it coz in 83 the wind blew a lot!

Fake or not. ? I reckon it's fake.
Assuming it's the same boat same day etc, I gotta ask why the aerials / antennas on the second pic are invisible on the first one. Unless of course they are those fancy "see em from the side only" aerials, or could it be now you see em now you don't.

nope, just a coincidence. The boat was orginally a twin 2.5 efi bulit for ski racing. The guys (Len & Brett Croxon) always used the number 777. When we bought it they kept the number. So for ease and to fill the large white spaces we chose 717.
