what resolution are the above pictures . why do mine come out looking Fuzzy when shrunk but just fine before shrinking to fit.

The pics of Gypsy the wonderpooch, were taken using the built in camera on my mobile phone (sony-ericsson P900) and are 640X480, not the greatest quality, but very handy.

What software are you using to reduce the picture size, and how much compression are you using to reduce the file size?
