Some race/leisure RIB designs

I guess this will be a bit like swearing in church, but here are some RIB designs I have been working on.
10 m race/leisure rib for the MED. Designed for 2 x Verado 350 SCi from Mercury (E-tec's in some of the renders). 4 x Ullman Daytona bucket seats.
The aft cowling/aft deck is removable and reviles large, deep, sunbathing area.

More RIBs.
Here a larger 12 meter version. Option for rest area/bunks under deck.
Power from either 2 x Yanmar 6LY3-ETP 480hp with Arneson surface drives, or staggered Cummins QSB5.9 480 with NXT drives.

Very cool but provokes a question: At what point do the tubes on a RIB become supurflous and it's essentially a hardboat with a fender? It's a serious question although I have no doubt on the calibre of responses it'll attract.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw the bladerunner rib. The tubes look pointless to me as they are so small.

Thanks, they are modeled in Rhino and rendered in Flamingo.

The aft platform on the 12 meter has holes large enough for you to stick your hand through holding a spanner should you need to

There is sufficient room underneath deck on the 10 meter bunks or storage, but the headroom is limited.

Are you planning on extending your catamaran range?

This is another of Petters drawings showing an open version of the boat we're making the mould for at the moment - of course a RIB version would also be available in time if that's what you really want!
