Is that a Spitfire? I was looking at something like this about 10 foot as a project for my boy.

there quite a few boats based on that hull type, starting with the original 'Apollo9', which used a long (20") shaft ob, then came a load of copy cats. Seafire, Spitfire, CB-9 (Chris Bridgeman boats, he's no longer with us) etc, etc, most of which where altered slightly to use a short (15") shaft ob. varying deck styles all similar but different.

I had one myself a million years ago (CB-9 variant) with a monster Johnson 20 on it

steff decided to take it to Ryde I O W to day and we did a video top speed so far was 34.2 mph on the gps link as follows
