Suprised to see the guys in boat no 40 wearing open face helmets, that must be a 100mph plus boat.

OSBE is a nice lightweight lid with good viz, think a couple of the V24's use them not the most suitable on the day though, a full face Poseidon Atmosphere would have been a better choice. It was very much a sub 60 cruise other and a short burst with Lance
They are really intended for D2S use more than the Midas. The pull on the lid with the visor installed is quite marked around 90 and would be quite fatiguing after a time.
Hence you see mine is stripped bare and Pashes is still installed. They are our endurance choice & were used to try out in a couple of events first to check out the comfort.

I have no problem being over taken by a well set up well driven boat - those guys did well & we achived what we wanted which was two starts, two finishes to put on the licence application form.
