Yes it is. Mate had it from brand new. it was the last one available. quite highly tuned out the factory head gasket went at 40k

Head gasket was a common problem on the 1.3, they are certainly highly tuned with a high red line and just over 100bhp from only 1.3 litres. Hard to find a good one now.
