2.4 efi bridgeport gearbox

Hi can anyone advise me i have to dismantle my gearbox to replace a couple of bearings and seals. Is there a specific order to take the box apart. i have the relevant pullers etc.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Seals can be replaced quite easily without any dismantling, bearings however do. Which bearings do you need to replace?
