2007 Evinrude 250 H.O. - Again

Hi guys,

First time on water today with new engine.
Unfortunetly computer went to service mode.
It says I don't have oil (red no oil light on tach)

Propably some sensor broke down.
Anyone know wich one?
I've found "low oil" sensor but this one is ok.

Or maybe other reason why it happend?

Cheers
Mike

Great site, I am a member on there, I would say try priming the oil system you. If it has an air lock that fault will come up.

Oil sensor problem is solved - air bubble in oil hose

Now I have to find someone who can service injectors cause they don't work

Just installed 3 new injectors with new software

Still not working.

Injectors on cylinders number 1, 2 and 3 don't work

What else could go wrong?

Fuel pump is pumping to less fuel? Preassure is to low?

Anyone can give me any advice?

Have you done a static test of the injectors? what are the symptoms?
New plugs? You MUST line the electrode of the plug up with the injector other wise it will not run properly.
PM with as mush info as you can and if i can help i will

Best speed I've reached was 70mph and.... engine died

I don't know what is happening. I'm turning it up to 5700rpm (max rpm with my prop) and after 5, 10 or 20 min it dies. Then I start it again run for couple seconds at high rpm and it dies again. After that I can not turn on the engine for about an hour.

It looks like engine is activated "shutdown mode" but computer is saying that everything is ok

I thought it could be cooling problem and replace water impeller and thermostats but still have the same problem

This weekend I couldn't even turn on the engine (well it turns on stalls and turns off ) and because it is raining all the time for 3 days now I didn't check anything :-(

I'm really starting to dislike E-tec's

2 months and it is not working properly and no dealer / service in Poland can help me

Mike

Overheated? Try to disconnect the heatsensors on the back of the engine. And try to start it.

Worked on my 150 H.O

If no alarms i think fuel still. is the primer bulb full? try another fuel tank.
What state are plugs?

If there is no fuel getting to the fuel pump/ resevior it will give these symptoms.
