With all due respect Jacques, I purposely didn't mention his name, that would be a whole different kettle of fish which i would never dream of entering into. We'll agree to differ on our opinions of him, end of.
I agree we should all just let the racing do the talking, unfortunately when i'm provoked i tend to fight back with (usually excessive) force. Combine that with the fact it's nigh on impossible to pertray sarcasm on a forum and i'm only gonna end up offending otherwise good mates of mine. I'd rather have the banter face to face where people can see i'm only having a laugh and stop me if i'm going too far!
Back to the thread about my charger!
James

Chaos, If you could post some pics of the bustles that'd be great! While you're at it, any pics of any hardtop revengers you've got would be greatly appreciated to give ideas for the rebuild!
Cheers, James

High spirits.
You gotta keep the spirits up. With all the setbacks we had this year i was thinking of ending it all. "Not really". I think Guernsey has the one of the best racing playgrounds lets make the best of it. You never know when the oil reserves will all dry up. And I would not like to miss out on helping to dry them. Plus i think Guernsey needs warming up a degree or two.
V8's Rule. Supercharged even better.

This is brilliant!
Reading all this banter is more interesting then the opinions on www.thisisguernsey.com
You all know that the (now extensively modified hull) BRB with its new outboards is going to stir up some trouble!

Plural
Outboard's plural did i hear that right. That would be COOOOOOOOL.
Sure would turn some heads.
As mine did just before the explosion and then followed by a tow in.
Good Luck.

The one poker run I managed with my little 330hp engine, no one could come close on the last leg, on the penultimate, the only other one i ran, i started some distance behind Kev and was level 1st with him to the mark.
Oh, and I mullered Jacques with his 250HO down the river last year in my old cat with a 2.5 200 on the back!
Drive like a girl, pfffft, whatever!
James[/QUOTE]
The poker run was not a race.... I don't know about anyone else, but i didn't go above half throttle the whole way...
