70ces mods

Hi,

going to do a couple mods to my 70ces, just wondering what folk do to them. I've done a lot of mods to a tohatsu 50, I'm looking to do similar things, just need to check some things.

How much to take off the cylinder head? 1mm same as tohatsu 50?
Can you remove the lighting coils under the flywheel? I don't need a battery
How high do you guys rev them without welding the crank?
which wire is the rev limiter?
where do you get carbon reeds?

Also if you have or know of a yamaha 60 enduro top cowling and pull start please let me know!
