Alien Cowl

just read this on S and F

bit worried bout it on my cowl as cant space the front plate off, anyone got any comments?

Wouldnt need to winterise it either cus you could undo the clamps take it inside and put it in yer airing cupboard wrapped up in a blanket

its only a slightly oversized front cover that drops over the cowl moulding. cut one big fookin hole behind it and jobs a good un'

i'm mekin it this week........

I have a genuine alien cowl on my engine and haven't had any problems and ive got the mad intake fitted which puts more air into the engine.

just to let you boys know i have been putting 5inch hole in the cowls i produce almost the same as on the original older cowlings i also produce face plates with a duct built in to it to let more air in i have some pics somewhere let me know if your intrested?
