Yep and a place to read and inwardly digest.

Looking back, I see now that it was a good pointer techteam.

I was just not awear that the coils could fail in such a manner that it would cause it to malfunction att the top of the RPM`s.

I checked the spark on the engine with the old remove and holding it to ground while crancking method, but this will abviously not reveal this type of problem.

Thought the coils where a work/not work component when failing...You live and learn.

Also the timing set to high probably didn`t help either...

Really looking forward to see how it will perform after finding these problems.

It wasn`t the coils....

When thinking about it, the engine has bigger jets in it now .090 ,and .080 is std RUN and it still goes lean/varm when hitting the throttle..

I`m thinking it`s got to do with the fuel delivery. Engine runs the original mechanical vacum diaphram pump, just been serviced with all new seals and diaphrams...

Thinking of going Red Holley at 5.5psi just to see if it makes any difference.

The gasket towards the block do you use any sealent like loctite or simular on this?

Also I`m having the ignition checked by pro`s, or if you got any instructions for me I`ll check it myself?
