Any boat builders/electricians ?

Not your normal powerboat questions here but advice needed if poss.
A friend of mine has a wooden motor boat 35/40 foot in length 2 sabre 212 engines.
Question is can the anodes be checked that they are working when the boat is out of the water.
MGduff long hull anodes bonded to P brackets, rudder tubes and stocks and through to the engines gearboxs. No flex coupling. Shaft coupled to gearbox. If so what method is used to check.
Thanks.

A continuity test would test your bonding.

Why not contact MG Duff? They had a leaflet at the boat show that told you how to go about this, I know 'cos my chum works for Duff's & he showed me it whilst there!!
