About time, I was worried you'd slacked off over the weekend!
You'll have to delay the launch for a while though lanky, we need a 56 page thread on putting ya cleats in yet

A few bits arrived this morning.
Now, should I mount em horizontal, or parallel with the deadrise.

That's a very good question. If you are going offshore I would say parallel.
My EMI blades are little bit to short so now I going to try with the Dana HP1000-blades.

You said 2 days ago that it was a no-brainer, because horizontal looks Gay!

Great project Matt, I have always liked the idea of a single engine due to the obvious half price reduction in costs over twins especially as twins don't give twice the speed just twice the safety of getting home if that's important
Looking through the thread I could not see if you intended racing her in some events when finished or not, on the front of an out and out racer I have always wondered how those American 30' Phantom V lites would do over here
must admit I recon they look better parallel with the deadrise too
Looks like it's going to be a lot of work at the start of the summer but will lead to an exciting summer end

A wee quiz - approximately how much fuel did we burn on the trip? Jon & Tony're not allowed to answer.
