Boat Insurance

Can anyone advise a good insurance company for a sports boat that does over 70mph. Do you tell them the true speed of the boat? Anyone with claim experience with regard to this

As in you have a boat that does more than 70 and you made a claim hence you fit the IC1 that the bandit is looking for. Sell tell him who your insured with and your opinion of them.

You will have to say I referred you, as they usually dont do it.

They insure my Bladerunner at a recorded 80mph.
If you lie, and you claim, they will check your boat, and they will deny your claim. So you just have to suck it and pay.

Experiance of handling a boat at speed counts. Ie years of driving high speed craft.

Blimey, just got a quote from Noble marine - last years price was £440 pounds, this year - with new engines - is £799! ridiculous.

Called Mardon, much much better, £404 also has lower excess, and covers me for towing up to two people on toys behind the boat!
