Bravo drive wiring

Hi, just wonder if someone can tell me what the wires on the Bravo drive are.

I have two pairs of black wires coming through the top of the transom shield, I presume one pair is trim limit switch’s and the other pair are trim gauge sender, would this be correct ?

I have a brown and orange wire coming through the bottom of the transom shield and I am not sure what these are ?

The pair of wires with male and female connectors is the trim sender, the other 2 are limit. The Brown & Orange are Mercathode.

Be sure to either leave off, or make a hole in the flexi rubber water hose from the drive to the transom assy (outside).

If you close off the fitting internally as you have without the above mod, no water will flow thru' the drive water gallery and it's this flow that cools the upper drive housing.
