can you guys help me..

is this a good camshaft for mij merc 502. standard motor forced pistons?

does this increase the power and does anyone know what to expect?

Only if you have an early Gen 4 502 with split rear main seal and flat tappets. However if you have a later unit (Which are far more common) you'll need a Hydraulic roller tappet camshaft. Have a look here

almost for sure a merc 502gen v has got a hydraulic flattappet camshaft.
