Capilano Steering

Need a bit of help guys if you please.
My Hydraulic fluid filler cap is at the base of my windshield centrally positioned, the problem i have is the threaded plastic bung/cap has broken off, getting the remainder of it out of the filler neck is not a problem, i did not realise that it was actually what it is as i thought it was an old camera mount base until i discovered a little red fluid leaking from it last week, i investigated under deck and i could see the pipework leading to the Helm pump.
Would there be anyone on her that could point me in the right direction to get a replacement filler / cap/ bung / screw top or whatever they are called and would it be a 'Breather' or just a solid sealed item..?
Many Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
Mark
