carb 2ltr to efi

What works involved in fitting efi front end to a standard carbed merc motor.
Been looking on S&F and you see loads if 2.4 horns and am quite interested. I saw a powerhead on here that was just a standard 2ltr but had this mod done.
Any ideas?

Change front half and fit, horn, injectors, reeds, fuel rail, fuel regulator, ecu, wiring harness. No doubt I missed a few bits.

Send a message via AIM to Burty
plus you'd prolly have to get the ecu modded with a 2ltr fuel curve
