cool thanks for that now you mention it, the prop does seem to have a lot of 'play' init? but it all seems pretty tight?

You wont notice it by man handling the prop. It will only show when you put your foot down and the hub spins inside the prop. Get it checked out or better still borrow a prop off a mate!

Have 2 identical SS Props. One just wont slip no matter what you do, the other slips all the time (so bad, you have to REALLY back off, and sometimes come off the plane). The ONLY difference I can see is the one that slips is slightly edge damaged. I do suspect this isnt entirely the culprit, one blade might be slightly out of true with the rest.

Would some edge damage give anything like this problem?
