So...if I've got this right... the "navigator"... in this case... gets up at some un-Godly hour on Saturday... travels all the way down from the Midlands at his own expense.... gets the living shit pounded out of him whilst holding on for dear life for the duration of the race.... buys his driver lots of beer after the race for not killing him... assuming he doesn't actually kill him..... cough up his 50% of the costs for the day.... travel back to the Midlands at his own expense...and spends the next week recovering. Have I about summed it up? I feel there's a much better description than "navigator" here..........

lobbers should be fine.
i've done one basic race in teignmouth and i hated it!
I was so pleased that we had to stop after 15minutes as i managed to dislocate my navigators shoulder where he was hanging on so tight.
