Evinrude 225
I'm the first to admit I know virtually nothing about outboards (which is unforunate since I now have two of them) but I am having the most incredible problems starting one of my engines.
My port side 1988 (loop charged VRO) is difficult to start cold on a good day. Today, it defeated me. It refused to start at all. It seems to want to go and will produce some exhaust after firing for six or seven revolutions but then gives up the ghost.
Any ideas?
