Fuel Gauge
Hi to all
i have just become the proud owner of a Phantom 20 and would like to fit a fuel gauge,
can anyone help as i think drilling holes in fuel tanks could be rather interesting?
PS: please be gentle as i am new to this forum,

One of these is probably the easiest to fit http://www.asap-supplies.com/marine/...-us-resistance
and then a fuel gauge http://www.asap-supplies.com/marine/...l-level-gauges
just make sure you match gauge and sender resistance, or it'll read backwards. The 2 links I've posted are for US style resistance, as it's the most common.
You'll just need to drill 1 large hole, about 40mm, then using the gasket as a template, 5 pilot holes for self tappers! Then it's just a simple bit of wiring. 2 wires from the sender to the gauge, and hook the gauge up to a 12 volt supply, job done.
