How low does your boat sit?

well i am finally launching Kissaki next weekend for its first testing with the 2.4 bridgeport, all the glass work is done but still to finish the exterior gel waiting for the warmer weather. Just saving up for new gauges and interior is in the mould.

anyway just wondering how low other boats sit and whats it like using them on the sea, i did work on this boat with the 200 hp and remeber it being a bit tender but i've now removed alot of weight and replaced alot of weight so no idea were it will rest.
