perhaps it was running a little on the "lean" side but i never used more than 40 quid on a "long day"

just put £130 through the binliner in one day
no such thing as a cheap day in a boat less you row or sail

if it was a 3.0l you must have left the "Choke" on or managed to get to the "moon" and back in one day to use that much fuel.....

Bert how big is the "binliner" and how many horses in your engine ???

even so at £3.20 each per hour ...... it's still a good and "cheap " dayout

Spent double that to "walk" for 7 hrs around the boat show today

Looks like it maybe costing an extra 35k by the end of the week though ( even "mrs foolish" had to go back for a third look !! )

origionally i was gonna buy a cruiser/sports cuddy ( to keep the family happy) and the "Tullio Abatte" (on another thread) as a restoration project as a faster toy for me, but...

after taking the "missus" to the boat show and visiting the "Ebbtide" stand (3 times) she's kinda hooked.... ( reckon she fancied the salesman )

After looking at all the competetion i have to admit the "Ebbtide 2300 cuddy" was the best in it's class .. very good layout/build quality & goodies galore !!!

if you get the chance to go there have a look .... loadsa really nice touches on this one
