Got the thing moving up & down, before I pull it to bits and noticed somthing which caused a little riddler question bubble to appear.
Bottom of the jack fixed point, Is that a standard L&S ft'ng as it doesent seem the same material or thread spec as the rest. Posting 3 pics to help ident it. cheers

There seems to be an area around the ft'ng lacking any finish where something was ???? possibly or not or am I just imagining it

Edit : I know the bolts arnt in safety

Can't see it very well in this pic but it doesnt look quite the same as yours. It also doesn't look like it would have covered that un-finished area on your plate either though!!!
